All intellectual property rights associated with the deliverables created during our services, including but not limited to website designs, code, and content, remain the property of Ronin & Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We agree not to disclose any confidential information provided by the Client unless required by law. The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information about Ronin & Co. without our consent.
Either party may terminate the services provided by providing written notice. The Client may be responsible for fees associated with work completed before termination.
Ronin & Co. will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or any errors or delays in our work.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ronin & Co. harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions, along with any separate agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between Ronin & Co. and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
